COVID-19 Information

Bellarmine is praying for you, an end to the pandemic and that we will be open for the retreat that you are registering for on our site. Given the nature of the reopening stages it is difficult to name all of the guidelines from the state of Illinois and the Archdiocese of Chicago that will be required at that time of your retreat. Please know that we will follow their guidelines.

We currently require:

  • Social distancing of six feet between retreatants
  • Wearing masks when in common areas including the chapel and hallways

Once we are closer to your scheduled retreat, we will share with you via email confirmation of the protocols that will be in place. Therefore, when registering please provide your most often checked email address and phone number so that we can keep you up to speed with the most current information.

Contribution/Donation Information

Retreat House expenses are covered by contributions from our retreatants and benefactors. Limited financial resources should not prevent anyone from making a retreat.

The $90 deposit is applied toward the suggested contribution for each retreat. In the event of a cancellation 3 or more days before the retreat begins, you may move your deposit to another retreat within the same season (September to May), request a refund, or donate your deposit as a tax-deductible gift to Bellarmine. The deposit may be moved only once per retreat season.
