What to Expect

An embodied journey through the Spiritual Exercises of St. Ignatius of Loyola, this retreat will incorporate daily meditation and prayer, Ignatian Yoga sessions, and time in silence to awaken and encourage each person’s spiritual journey.

Ignatian Yoga sessions include a mix of the following:

• A talk with themes from the Ignatian and Yoga traditions
• Silent reflection
• Small group sharing
• Communal prayer

Program Cost

Ignatian Yoga Program Fee: $250 (Program fee does not include housing and meals)

The $250 Ignatian Yoga Program Fee supports the retreat preparation, resources, and teachers. It also supports the maintenance and development of the Ignatian Yoga organization and a portion of the proceeds support Ignatian Yoga programs in communities whose resources are limited due to systematic and structural injustice and inequity.

Los Altos Retreat Center Cost: (Not including Ignatian Yoga program fee)

• $310 per person (includes a private room and bath for the weekend and six healthy meals - dinner Friday; breakfast, lunch, dinner Saturday; breakfast and lunch Sunday)

Total Program Costs (Ignatian Yoga Program Fee + Los Altos Retreat Center Cost): $560

Scholarship Application:At Ignatian Yoga, we stand for leveraging our privilege to support and include others. If you can afford to, please consider paying it forward making a gift of an amount above the $250 program fee in the “Additional donation” box below. This allows us to offer scholarships and foster a more inclusive community. We are committed to cultivating a diversity of voices and life experiences in our retreats and making them accessible to people of all income levels.

Refund and Cancellation Policy: There is a 10% Program Processing fee for cancellations up to one week before the start of the program. You will receive a refund for 90% of the purchase. If cancellations occur one week or less before the program you will receive a 50% refund. (Or transfer to another Ignatian Yoga retreat within the next 1 fiscal year (July 1st thourgh June 30th) for no additional fee).
